Pioneers 3... Dawson 0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-20)

The MCC Pioneers put up a dominant performance against the Dawson CC Buccaneers on Tuesday night in Glendive as the Pioneers overwhelmed Dawson 3-0 to move about .500 in conference play. 

The outcome of the rivalry match was never in doubt as the Pioneers controlled the evening from start to finish. 

Taiya Guptill (Freshman - Hardin, MT) had another strong performance from the setter position collecting 26 assists and 10 digs. Cameron Blevins (Sophomore - Shelby, MT) came up with 9 digs while Grace Gackle (Sophomore - Circle, MT) had a great night defensively with 6 blocks. 

Zeason Schaffer (Sophomore - Broadus, MT) had 17 kills and Savanah Newsom (Freshman - Great Falls, MT) had 4 service aces. 

This was the Pioneers 4th consecutive win and moved their overall record to 11-7 and 3-2 in MonDak Conference play.
