The NDSCS Wildcats showed why they are the 11th ranked team in NJCAA DII volleyball rankings as they swept the Miles Community College Pioneers for the 2nd straight night defeating MCC 18-25, 17-25, 16-25. The Wildcats remained unbeaten on the season at 12-0 while the Pioneers fell to 8-9 overall and 6-6 in MonDak Conference play. 

Gillette, WY native Angela Youngs led the Pioneers in digs and kills with 8 each, Sydney Johnstone (Miles City, MT) mustered up 4.5 blocks, while Jacey Rowland (Reyburn, Saskatchewan) assisted 12 kills and Celsa Castro (Roundup, MT) had 2 aces. 

Next up for MCC is a home series with Lake Region State College. MCC hosts LRSC on Monday, March 8 and Tuesday March 9 in Miles City.
