The nation's 11th ranked team made quick work of the MCC Pioneers in the 2nd night of back to back matches between the two teams. The Pioneers hit a season low .098 in the match and could not get on track a night after going 5 games against the Bismarck State Mystics. The Mystics took advantage of the Pioneers hitting woes to move their record to 8-1 on the season. The Pioneers fell to 4-3 in conference play and 4-6 overall. 

Mandi Tvedt (Glenrock, WY) had 2 aces. Matilda Dietz (Manhattan, MT) led the Pioneers in digs with a season low 11. Sydney Johnstone (Miles City) came up with 6 kills and 1.5 blocks while Celsa Castro (Roundup, MT) led the team with 5 assists. 

The Pioneers head to Devil's Lake, ND for a Saturday afternoon tilt vs. Lake Region State College at 12:00 PM MST.
