Game 1 - Pioneers 2... Northeastern JC 10 (5 Innings)
Northeastern Junior College broke open a close game with a 9-run 4th inning and the Plainsmen pitching did enough to slow the bats of the MCC Pioneers in a 10-2 win on Tuesday afternoon in Sterling, CO.
The Pioneers got on the board first with a run in the 2nd inning. Brylee Lowell (CF - Columbus, MT) walked, stole 2nd, and moved to 3rd base on a single from Liz Cunningham (RF - Polson, MT).
