Six MCC Pioneer players scored in double figures as the Pioneers held on in a hard fought contest 87-83 on Sunday afternoon in Miles City, MT.
Neither team led by more than 8 points during a game that featured 4 ties and 7 lead changes.
Frontline players Mack Page (Sophomore - Worland, WY) (5-7 FG, 0-1 3's, 3-3 FT) and Koak Kok (Sophomore - Ulang, South Sudan) (6-11 FG, 1-2 FT) scored 13 points each and the Pioneers got 12 points apiece off the bench from Donnie Haney (Freshman - Baton Rouge, LA) (4-7 FG, 4-5 3's) and Azenio Cossa (Freshman - Maputo, Mozambique) (3-9 FG, 0-2 3's, 6-6 FT).
