Pioneers 94... Casper 107

Abdul Bashir (6'7 Sophomore - Omaha, NE) poured in 47 points (18-35 FG, 8-18 3's, 3-3 FT) and grabbed 7 rebounds as Casper College pulled away from a 47-46 halftime lead to defeat the MCC Pioneers 107-94 on Friday afternoon in Gillette, WY. 

There were 7 ties and 9 lead changes in a back and forth 1st half before Casper scored the 1st 8 points of the 2nd half and never looked back. Nate Sassar (6'5 Sophomore - West Palm Beach, FL) had 14 points (7-12 FG, 0-2 FT) and Stephen Osei (6'10 Freshman - Toronto, ON) added 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 FT) to go along with 10 rebounds. Yel Deeng (6'8 Sophomore - Amarillo, TX) had 12 points (2-6 FG, 1-3 3's, 7-8 FT) and 6 rebounds. Ethan Connery (6'4 Sophomore - Akron, OH) added 10 points and 9 rebounds. 

Azenio Cossa (6'2 Freshman - Maputo, Mozambique) scored 22 points (9-21 FG, 2-7 3's, 2-2 FT), grabbed 4 rebounds and had 4 assists. Koak Kok (6'7 Sophomore - Ulan, South Sudan) added 18 points (6-9 FG, 6-7 FT) and 6 rebounds. Yohandry Ortiz (6'5 Freshman - Naples, FL) had 18 points (6-16 FG, 1-8 3's, 5-7 FG) and 4 rebounds. Mack Page (6'5 Sophomore - Worland, WY) had 12 points 5-10 FG, 0-1 3's, 2-4 FT) and 5 rebounds. Jace Hill (6'1 Freshman - Columbia Falls, MT) added 11 points (4-7 FG, 2-5 3's, 1-2 FT), 6 assists, and 4 rebounds.
