The Dawson Community College Men raced out to a 22-3 lead on account of several early PioneerDa turnovers and never looked back in a lopsided 100-60 victory on Sunday afternoon in Glendive. The Pioneer offense could not get anything going and the Buccaneers took full advantage with the hot start and a 43-25 halftime lead. The Pioneers had 17 turnovers in the first half. The 2nd half was much of the same as Dawson outscored the Pioneers 57-35 in the 2nd half to move to 16-3 overall and 8-2 in conference play.
Dawson had a balanced attack with 6 players in double figures. Kennedy Brown (Chicago, IL) came off the bench to score 15 points (6-10 FG, 1-1 3's, 2-2 FT) and block 6 Pioneer shots.
