Jayden is the son of Gary Hamblin of Murray, UT and Tonya Hamblin of West Jordan, UT.

While at MCC, Hamblin plans to work towards a degree in Business.

Hamblin on attending MCC: “I’ve wanted to play baseball at the college level since I was young. I had an acquaintance who played at MCC and loved it, so I decided I also wanted to go there.”

Coach Brabant on Hamblin: “Jayden comes to us as a recommendation from one of our sophomores. After watching Jayden, it is pretty clear as to why. He is a very good athlete with some tremendous upside and brings great things into the classroom as well. I feel Jayden will fit right in with our philosophy and the makeup of this team/program. I’m looking forward to seeing his growth as he gets his feet wet with us and it won’t surprise me if he is an everyday guy.”
