In the 1st quarter the Lady P’s got off to their best start of the season, while they outscored the Lady Mustangs 22-10. The Pioneers continued their hot streak in the second quarter as they put up another 21 points on the board, however they didn’t hold the Mustangs to a low scoring period. The Lady Pioneers trailed by 6 in the 4th quarter, however they ended up cutting the lead back down to one. The Lady Mustangs scored their final bucket to stretch the lead back to 3, and the Pioneers had a chance to tie the game with a last second shot attempt, but didn’t get the bucket to go in.
